Core Competencies for Participatory Modeling

Participatory modeling (PM) is a craft that is often learned by training ‘on the job’, and mastered through years of experience. There is little explicit knowledge available on identifying and documenting the skills needed to perform PM. We are conducting this research project to identify the core competencies for participatory modeling. If you have been involved in a participatory modeling project in any capacity (i.e. modeler, project manager, facilitator, stakeholder,…etc.), then we would like to invite you to take part in the study by completing an online survey on identifying the core competencies for PM.

If you would like to take part in this research, you can do so by selecting the following link

[here].

Please forward this email to anyone who might be interested to take the survey.

It will take approximately [10-15] to complete the survey.

This survey is approved by the Human Research Ethics Approvals Panel (HREAP) at University of New South Wales (application number HC200463). For more details, please check here: Participant Information Statement.

If you are interested to receive a publication based on the aggregated research findings, please email the research team contact (see below), and we will send you the paper as soon as it is published.
